Pros

Everything... and I mean it. This company will ruin you for any other job you'll ever have or wish you had. Think of it as cross between Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory and Disneyland. The people are amazing, driven to succeed, and full of positive energy. Personal growth, continued education, great pay, benefits, plenty of time off, fun employees, and lots of extra curricular activities for your team members. Your life will change by working here. It's that big of a deal.

Cons

ZERO. This place is pure magic. Expect to work hard and meet your team's goals, so unless you consider that a con, there's nothing to complain about.

Everything is a pro. Seriously. The benefits are awesome, the pay is great. The people are smart and fun and hard-working. We work hard and we play hard.

Pros

In the time that I have been here, I have witnessed the family feel that everyone mentions, along with the hardest working team ever. Having a group of people, led by an incredible CEO, that care so much about our clients and each other is amazing. There is such a great atmosphere here and your accomplishments are always noticed, while your struggles are met with guidance to get so much better. Quite frankly, it is the best company ever to build a career, and better yourself and the people around you.

Cons

If anyone says there are negatives, they are lying. It may depend on some expectations, but I wake up everyday eager to get better.
