Pros

If you’ve ever wanted to experience a company that calls relentless cost-cutting “innovation,” Scorpion is the place. You can look forward to five years with no raises while they pat themselves on the back for their “efficiency.” Stability and respect not included.

Cons

Scorpion has turned into a company that values penny-pinching above people, product, or ethics. The days of skilled professionals and real expertise are over. Now, it’s about finding the cheapest possible labor and gutting what once made the place worthwhile. If you’re an employee, don’t expect loyalty, advancement, or even basic respect. The only thing you can count on is being disposable the moment you’re not the absolute cheapest option or you can’t sustain impossible workloads. Clients, don’t be fooled. The “service” you’re paying for now is a shadow of what it used to be, delivered by whoever is willing to do the most for the least. Quality, attention, and expertise have left the building along with the people who built them. Scorpion isn’t interested in being a tech leader or delivering value. It’s just a factory for burnout and disappointment. If you want your career or your business treated like a number on a balance sheet, this is the place. Otherwise, stay far away.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback—and for being an important part of the Scorpion team. It’s great to know that your experience as a web developer at Scorpion has supported your growth, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share both what’s working and where there’s room for improvement. We’re always working to strengthen our culture and ensure it reflects the values we want to live by every day. Feedback like yours helps us stay focused on what matters. On compensation, we recognize how important it is for employees to feel both valued and fairly rewarded. Our annual pay review process is designed to recognize strong performance and ensure we remain competitive with the market—but we know this is an area that requires ongoing attention and care. Again, thank you for your input, especially around our culture. That’s something our team truly cares about, and if you’re open to it, I would love to hear more about improvement ideas if you’d be willing to share. Feel free to reach out to me at AmyL@scorpion.co. In any case, thank you again for providing a review for us. It’s a valuable part of what helps Scorpion grow and improve.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we’re glad you enjoyed working with a great team and appreciated some of the benefits, we’re sorry your overall time at Scorpion didn’t meet expectations as one of our SEO specialists. Everyone should feel supported, especially when it comes to careers, and hearing we weren’t providing you with the type of growth that you felt like you needed is not something we take lightly. Your feedback about that helps improve our approach to growth opportunities, and thanks to you being willing to share your experience, we’ll look for areas of improvement in our paths of development. Compensation should go hand in hand with career growth, and we’re committed to strengthening our regular review cycles and raise structures. We also take concerns around fairness and inclusion seriously. We're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and set up to thrive—and we’re investing in the systems and leadership training to support that, so thank you for keeping it top of mind for us. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us grow, and if there's a wish to continue the conversation, I'd love for you to reach out to me at AmyL@scorpion.co. In any case, we wish you the very best in what’s ahead.
