the work life balance is really good, the company allows for a lot of flexibility and is good at supporting staff if staff encounters personal problems.

Cons

faculty can be difficult to work with. there is a very political campus culture that affects the work culture.

Very centrally located and managers respect course loads when scheduling. Gained experience that I can take with me to future jobs.

Cons

The management is shaky and not always reliable. They pretend to listen to the concerns of students without taking tangible action to improve or change the space.
