Pros

The office of institutional advancement at scripps is warm, welcoming, and always willing to help out with questions and issues. There is a real sense of community in the office space

Cons

As a work-study student I could have taken on more work than offered but I understood the seriousness and confidentiality of a lot of the documents at hand, and that being a student made it so that I maybe could not engage with all departments within the office

Cons

It is not corporate America and the salaries are lower but worth taking because the mission is amazing!
