Pros

- Awesome team & coworkers. You feel very included in the company and people become closer to friends than coworkers. - Great level of independence. Very little to no micromanaging. Managers & VPs trust your work. - Working for such a revolutionary platform feels great. It's the best in the business, and people there know it. - Management does make an effort for more transparency related to business goals, where the company is going. - Very flexible work schedule.

Cons

- Higher ups are very busy, meaning that they don't always know what's going on in their team.

Pros

Challenging Tasks Many employee benefits (free Gym membership, food & drinks, company breakfasts and events) Motivated colleagues Relaxed & friendly atmosphere Nice office Opportunities for advancement

Cons

Since it's a start-up, agile approaches are used for a lot of things. In places this can be a bit chaotic.

Pros

-Allows for a lot of independence. Managers leave you alone and trust you to get your job done. -Great work/life balance. Company culture is very good, everyone works together well and is eager to help reach common goals. -Flexible work schedule and allows for WFH if desired.

Cons

-ALOT of transition within the company. No real oversight or concrete plan for certain teams (CS). -Have training for new employees but most of the work is DIY and you have to figure it out for yourself. -Many processes are still being figured out and you're left to your own solutions until they are. -Lack of communication between upper management and employees on strategic decisions.
