Great office atmosphere. Benefits of a startup environment, but with bigger business backing and client list.

Cons

Like most startups, very fast pace environment and lots of developing changes. If you want a stagnant environment or a clear development path may not be the place for you. However, with the fast growth, there is plenty of growing room for those that will work hard.

Searchmetrics is growing pretty fast and with that comes some growing pains. They do have a great leaders that are open to new ideas and have clear goals for their teams. My colleagues are super friendly and always willing to collaborate.

No processes in place.

Impressive product and one of the best UI I have ever seen, Searchmetrics does care about it's users. Good work atmosphere and strong working relationships.

Cons

Like many european start-ups funding was scarce and lack of funding to develop my market. Management top-down and lack of strategic direction that must have been sorted by now.
