      Pros

      Wonderful leadership and opportunity to learn more about the tech space. People-first culture, transparent leadership, excellent benefits and work/life balance, strong base salary.

      Cons

      The tech space is unstable, so there have been many layoffs in the past year, on both the client side and internally.

      Pros

      The overall mission of the company is good. They pay recruiters well, unlike most agencies with unreliable commission based salaries. The training resources offered are great and the people are kind.

      Cons

      If you’re looking for something stable, this may not be for you. Having worked in many start-up environments, I know how difficult it is to get a business off the ground. However, laying multiple employees off after only a few months of work (and not offering a generous severance package) shows a lack of foresight. This may not be the case forever, but know what you’re getting into if you accept a role with this company in this current financial climate.

      This was my first role coming from the agency side James saw a ton of potential in me and I appreciate him for that I was handsomely paid and working at SV advanced my life both personally and professionally I still consider it the Hogwarts of Recruitment Great People and solutions for high-growth SaaS start-ups The team will deliver for clients and will help you in the process

      Cons

      Affirm contract was a bummer! Lay off was a bummer!

      Thank you for your review. I love every minute of working with our incredible team. And it was sad to see us forced into making the decision to move forward with layoffs. I've enjoyed working with everyone on our team and I hope we will be able to work together again!
