Deciding to move forward with layoffs was difficult, but it was outside our control due to macroeconomic conditions. Unfortunately, we were forced to take this path and part ways with amazing people. Unfortunately, every recruitment agency in the tech industry that I'm aware of has been impacted by layoffs this year. And internal recruiters have been impacted as well. Many recruiters were impacted several months before SecureVision. We ask candidates and employees to leave Glassdoor reviews on the quality of the interview process. Not on what it's like to work at SecureVision until they've been in the company for a longer period of time. As you know, reviews are anonymous. There's zero pressure. There's a lot of frustration going around. Understandably so. But it isn't our leadership team that mismanaged financials. The market is a result of economic decisions made by congress and the fed that have led to inflation and increased interest rates. Plus the war in Ukraine. We have zero control over this. We were transparent about how the economy was impacting our business. And how quickly demand shifted for us. You were on these leadership calls as part of your professional development. And you heard firsthand how fast things shifted and how seriously we were searching for solutions.
