Pros

Very nice benefit package, but could not make up for the torment

Cons

Newer manager with zero leadership skills, training was extremely disorganized and rather than build confidence, brutally tore new hires down. I suspect there is a reason they are ALWAYS hiring - not a week goes by without the same multiple open positions advertised. Chew 'em up & spit 'em out.

Pros

You can use your phone at work. Keurig in the break room. Lenient lunch breaks. Certification was paid for by the company.

Cons

Not enough hours in a day to get all your work done. Overtime not allowed. Management expects you to know everything about claim management with no experience. Raises are practically non-existent. If you get rated a 3/5 at year end you MIGHT get less than a 1% raise. You're expected to know what is expected of you with no communication. For example, during the year, there was no communication or expectations set for what we would be graded on. The grades also included grading our personalities and our personal behaviors that had nothing to do with our work ethic. One of the categories was "Emotional Agility." No formal training. No bonuses. Not allowed to ask for a raise. We were not allowed to talk about or ask questions regarding the merger with another company. You are not allowed to take PTO until all your work is caught up. When a coworker leaves, they do not hire anyone to replace them. They just distribute the work to everyone else. No support from supervisor in coming up with a plan to be successful.

Pros

If you don't do your work then someone else will

Cons

Benefits are terrible, low pay, heavy workload during certain times of year, the people who do their job end up doing everyone else's as well, management is not on the same page about claims processes
