      The whole company got an email today that said due to COVID-19, nobody will be getting raises. They blamed it on having to buy hardware so that people could work from home and loss of business this MAY cause. I'd like to know what hardware they are buying for these employees, because every single person I know who ended up going remote took the equipment from their already existing workspace. Additionally, this is a business who thrives in disasters since it is claim based. I find it very unlikely that we will lose money from this. If anything, I would anticipate they make a profit.

      Some of the people in the office are absolutely amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Your pending count is the only thing that matters. No thought is put into the types of clients being assigned to which adjusters. They will overload an adjuster with several demanding, high touch accounts and they will give another adjuster an entire desk of easygoing accounts. As long as both adjusters are at or near 150 in their pending, nothing will be done to balance out the actual workload that comes with demanding, high touch accounts.

      No work life balance, work overtime and are not paid for it. Can only move up if you are friends with management
