      Pays largely depends on the account U are on and location COL.

      Cons

      I have worked for the company at 2 different times in my career. Both times I experienced the same manager who had some very unrealistic expectations of techs under his command.

      Has good benefits, paid $16.31 starting and receive raises throughout the year

      Cons

      No one can do their job the Examiners are lazy and push off their duties onto the CTR, management is a joke, if you need an ada or std you'll be tried like crap, there's a point system for everything 3 complaints even if you didn't do anything wrong you can be fired, 7 absences fired, forget the work life balance. The people who call in are rude and cuss at you and you have to take it because any kind of retaliation to the call while they degrade you will you get in trouble, possible point. You have to push the survey because if you don't get enough you'll get a point.
