      Working remote is the best pro.

      Cons

      There is more work than what can actually be completed, Lack of support from management. There is little direction or any accountability, The Senior Management level changes nearly every year, All Sedqwick "cares" about is the money. They do not care about paying their employees or network panel fairly. The pay isn't competitive. Managers do not help with kindness. They encourage you to ask questions, but when you do, they become angry. Sedgwick claims to offer and value work-life balance, sadly they don't.

      Other than work from home; nothing

      Way overworked and understaffed. I was easily doing the claims load of 3 people to myself and the same goes for all my coworkers, Pay is the lowest I've seen in the industry. You'll be micromanaged with somebody breathing down your neck all day everyday telling your how to do your job you know how to do and do very well on your own. Health insurance is also trash. Clients talk to you like you're garbage. So demoralizing; I had to get out!

      Pros

      Job is not hard. Requires effort, an interest to help others and heart. You are dealing with a lot of emotions and confusion at times. This position requires a sense of patience, interest to help and empathy. Not a hard job! Promotion opportunities are easy esp if you are meeting quota which isn't too hard either and I hate quotas. Vacation benefits are amazing too!

      Cons

      If you are looking just for a job this may not be for you. Have to have a love to help ppl during their most challenging times. I.e. illness, family death and/ or personal tragedy.
