Pros

There are really great people working here, they truly are. The compensation and PTO is fair. The initial training is more than adequate.

Cons

There is a general malaise.. a subtle yet somehow deafening depression throughout the office. Everyone is overworked. Upper management promises unrealistic productivity to the clients. I mean obviously unrealistic. I thought initially they were just trying to motivate us. I was wrong.. It was actually in the RFP. Long story short, If your brain requires little stimulation and you are antisocial this place may be for you.

* They make a decent attempt at employee recognition (it's up to managers to nominate) * Constantly busy (days go by fast)

Cons

* Lack of diversity and inclusion initiatives * Pay below average (including no bonuses and pay capped for a given position regardless of your tenure with company) * Little advancement opportunities * Lack of community presence

Pros

This was a work from home position. The hours were very nice and the job was easy.

Cons

No pay raised or bonuses. You must be employed for a year to qualify for a raise and raises are done every April In my case I was employed for a year and a half before I was eligible for a raise because I was hired in October. They say they are family oriented however when it comes to needing time off to care for an ill child they are not very caring.
