      Pros

      There are a lot of resources available. It is a large company with many opportunities. There are many locations which give you the opportunity to relocate. There are always many positions available.

      Cons

      It seems the goal is for copmplete micro management. Unrealistic expectations of what can be done. There are many unfullied promises to the staff.

      Pros

      Education assistance, certification assistance and bonus for achieving, paid time off.

      Cons

      Pay is very low for claims while stress is high. The client dictates how a lot of stuff is done since Sedgwick is a TPA. Therefore, some claims that should not be paid are paid, and some that should be paid aren't.. Pay and advancement doesn't appear equal for the same level jobs. No one with years of adjusting experience should be brought in at an equal or lower pay than someone with no experience unless there's a set salary. But it appears that certain people are offered higher salaries from the start.

      Pros

      Generous PTO. Vacation and sick time are included as PTO; if you aren't ill you have more vacation available. No problem getting time off for doctor appointments.

      Cons

      Awful place to work. Excessive workload; cannot keep up without unreasonable overtime, including weekends. No one does your work when you are on vacation. Managers lack people skills and manage through intimidation. Pay is very low. Brings micromangement to a new level.
