Pay is under industry standards, they claim they offer you more benefits to outweigh this... I didn't see it (My current company also provides free health and dental so this is a large improvement, I may be biased.) They used to have a better pension offered but recently reduced the benefits.
Salary increases lower than industry standards for passing exams.
Bonuses were rarely on target, although you could argue it was due to just meeting hours target and not going above the target.
My team leader was condescending and slightly sexist, in this day and age I don't know how a company can function while having sexist management.
Each EA and CRM had different preferences so if your work did not satisfy each individually, you are often spoken to about your quality of work.
Career advancement depends on which team you are on and how much turnover your team experiences (i.e. you hope that someone above you leaves or gets a promotion so you have an opportunity.)
Training is either too slow or too fast, depending on the team. They have proprietary programs that are 100% trial by fire, and when you make mistakes they are confused as to why you don't understand how to use the software they never taught you. They did recently start a formal training program that has some potential... but when you have to miss due to volume of work they get upset and sometimes even reward those who show up instead of rewarding taking into account those who are very busy and are getting their work done for a deadline.
All programs are proprietary so you need to find someone who can give you an answer (the answer is often times I don't know) so there is no hopes to try and google something as you would be able to do in SQL, Excel or Access.
