      Not one thing we’ll maybe pay! The company is for profit so get ready to work Like dog . Except if you are black!

      4 CNO’s in 2.5 years. Supervisors are picked on how long they have been there, or who they are friends with, not their intelligence. Absolutely horrible benefits. Staffing is really bad I left because I rarely saw anyone get better, not enough staff and the staff they had was horrible! STNA’s thought their breaks and lunch and smoke breaks came before patient care! Just a horrifying place!

      There really is nothing that is pro about this job.

      Cons

      Management not knowing the job and constantly stuttering. Calling people out on the office floor instead of pulling them into the office. Picking and choosing favorites. Not following proper HIPAA rules when it comes to HIPAA being violated. They would only write up certain people and let others slide that would violate HIPAA every week. Brought the morale down of the team. Tried to "motivate" us like we were in preschool. Would try to constantly force people to come in on weekends when overtime wasn't mandatory. Just constant hounding.
