Pros

Interesting patients, family members and interactions with medical staff. Learned a lot about various diagnoses.

Cons

Job instability. Lack of respect from CEO on down. CNO only valued patients getting OOB. Hours cut at a days' notice. No CEU reimbursement. No flexibility. Hospital closed with 11 days notice. Some received severance packages. Not sure how they're able to justify such discrimination.

Best staff ever! Staff really knows their jobs and cares deeply for the patients. Amazing work.

Cons

Pushed staff very thin. Too many changes too fast. Need to make staff a priority as well as making money.
