Dangerous work environment. I would not want anyone I care about to be a patient there. Terrible/unprofessional management.

My company was bought out by Select Medical last year and we were put on their payroll. Since then things have only gotten worse. Insurance and benefits are terrible. My cost of insurance went up, coverage went down, and my 401k matching got cut in half. These people are very bottom line oriented, NOT employee friendly ( I believe if they had it their way, they wouldn't provide insurance at all, even though they are supposed to be a healthcare organization). Does not pay FT hourly employees for mandatory holidays, or any other mandatory office closure, including inclement weather, even though the employee could not go to work if they wanted to. Employeee has to use their personal PTO for these days. I have worked as a retail associate in the past and was paid for holidays, and was treated better overall by the company. This is truly pathetic for a company this size, and I do not recommend working here if you value things like healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.
