      Pros

      I like the autonomy of the clinical liaison position and the people I worked with. I liked building relationships with referral sources. Pay was good.

      Cons

      Its all about the numbers. Nothing else matters. Very high pressure. Family comes second. Micro management. Revolving door. Benefits are expensive and not that good.

      Pros

      Loved my co-workers, meaning the clinical staff. I learned a lot, and at one time it was a decent place to work.

      Cons

      Management is the worst, local and corporate. It's all about money, and the patients suffer for it. There is never enough staff, and the staff that is there are already looking elsewhere. Policies change on a day to day basis depending on who it benefits at the time. They constantly bring in patients that are to sick, and should have never left the ICU much less stable enough to transport to another facility. The CNO couldn't even work on the floor if she had to because she lacks the clinical skills to do so. The computer system is horrible, and no one in management knows how to use it. We always run out of supplies needed to care for the patients, making it even harder to provide appropriate care. Honestly I would never allow a member of my family to be a patient here.

      Pros

      Great team work usually. Very open to letting the RTs do their job and wean ventilators and change trachs. Great experience!

      Cons

      Unfortunately leadership was very lacking!!! The ONLY thing that mattered was money. You could file a complaint but nothing ever changed. Finally had enough and quit!
