      Pros

      Excellent clinical staff. They are patient centered and go above and beyond every day. I have never worked with a more professional and caring group.

      Cons

      Administration is absolutely horrible. This corporation is interested in one thing only MONEY! They have no regard for staff or the patients they are supposed to serve. That is at the individual hospital level all the way to the corporate office.

      Pros

      Loved my co-workers, meaning the clinical staff. I learned a lot, and at one time it was a decent place to work.

      Cons

      Management is the worst, local and corporate. It's all about money, and the patients suffer for it. There is never enough staff, and the staff that is there are already looking elsewhere. Policies change on a day to day basis depending on who it benefits at the time. They constantly bring in patients that are to sick, and should have never left the ICU much less stable enough to transport to another facility. The CNO couldn't even work on the floor if she had to because she lacks the clinical skills to do so. The computer system is horrible, and no one in management knows how to use it. We always run out of supplies needed to care for the patients, making it even harder to provide appropriate care. Honestly I would never allow a member of my family to be a patient here.

      Pros

      I was grateful to old administration when they were there 4 years ago. No more other PROs. I learned who the backstabbers were and was for the most part able to avoid them.

      Cons

      If you were an LPN the RNs got free reign to bully. They don't value their nursing staff and treat them badly. High turnover due to the high school click wars.
