Great training , helpful management, very organized CRM , thorough onboarding pt

Cons

They lied about compensation, as well as the role being seasonal . If you apply to do AEP please know after AEP they routinely do lay offs

Selectquote is the most amazing job I've ever had the training is amazing the manager are amazing, I can say how blessed I am to be apart of the SQ Family

Benefits, training, coworkers, holidays, pay (in the beginning)

Cons

Waterfalled leads, meaning not everyone will get same quality of leads. Once you start getting the bad leads it is very hard to get out of that lead pool. Pay is very inconsistent and management gas lights without taking accountability. They sip their own kool aid while not instructing or building sales people.
