Inexperienced Management. Swim or drown "leveling". That happened once a week for over six weeks. When the inbound calls stop, you have to be a telemarketer. Not an agent. The more you believe in Artificial Intelligence, Five9, and your bosses, the more turnover you will have. Retention on these "policies" has to be about 33% and nobody gets renewals or any type of support for retaining business. If you can lie "and not get caught" and understand the marketing department plays by different rules, like offering $300 a month for dogfood,you may be making $14.00 an hour once everyone's hands are out of your pockets, and you'll be paid LAST as an "agent".

Pros

SelectQuote has invested into my development and continued professional growth. They have trusted me and allowed me the opportunities to grow and fail. Failure while growing in your career is bound to happen and my team has supported me along that journey.

Cons

It is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This can mean at times work seems exhausting and never ending. This isn't the right work environment for everyone. So as long as you come into it fully aware then you will be fine.

When the threat of being fired turns to reality—which doesn’t take long

They do not care. I had issues with my ATT service right before the nationwide shutdown and they fired me for not being able to do 1 day of training.
