I am sorry but I’m telling the truth, I am a rehire, selectquote completely changed my life and my family’s life forever. I have never made this much money in any job in my life. 7-15k a month, but you have to know how to sell, if you can talk and sell don’t waste your time. I had a better , they made me feel so loved and gave me all the time I needed and paid me for leave. I love Selectquote so much ,because I became rich working here. I don’t care what y’all keep saying and please put some respect on Selectquote name.😉

Cons

If you got attachment issues with keeping the same manager then change your mind frame. There is no cons, it is a numbers game no sales job is easy unless everyone would do it

Pros

SelectQuote is a positive place to work. Teamwork and individual development is role modeled from the top down. The employees are friendly, enthusiastic, and motivating. The job is challenging and personal growth is encouraged. The company has done an excellent job of creating a work environment this is proactive (because leadership often surveys and listens) and supporting of an overall remote-first strategy.

Cons

Compensation is fair but having employees on teams that are both hourly and salary can lead to benefits seemingly not equal.
