The culture from top to bottom and in between.

Cons

None so far, since I have only been with the company for 60 days. Three of former coworkers have been employed with SQ for more than 3 years and they love it here.

this is a horrible company to work for. They don't really tell you what you are up against they make it sound so good from the interview and ad. its a headache and very stressful
