Pros

Immediate compensation and bonuses from day 1, they have the best operations teams and trainers to get you started or if new standards are implemented. The PTO and attendance standards are stellar and tightly managed. As long as you have a legitimate need they will fulfill it fully if you require personal time. Very respectful time keeping division. They also have a competitive benefits package: 401k match Roth or Traditional, 401k yearly profit sharing, employee Stock purchasing program, health insurance, life insurance and much more. The clients you meet daily are the best part of the job!

Cons

Room for growth operationally is challenging and somewhat non existent culturally. Hard to identify the company culture and where your skills can be applied properly.
