Self-Help Enterprises does amazing work and many smart, cool people work there. The pay and benefits are good for the area and there is a good company culture.

Cons

The office isn’t in an ideal location and most people have to work in cubicles.

Many changes within the infrastructure and within departments. Managers and directors are unskilled and need more training to understand their roles and employees working rights.
