Pros
Both management and staff truly believe in our mission. Working here is like being part of a community. There is a feeling of family and a great deal of satisfaction knowing we're helping educate and supply safe affordable housing to those who need it.
Cons
Organization sometimes allows long-term staff to call the shots even to the detriment of programs. New managers need more training. Sometimes seems that there is a "good old boy" mentality in when it comes to promoting to upper management.
