Unprofessional Attire - Since when are flip-flops and sleeveless shirts are acceptable dress for back of house? Limited career advancement (director level promotions have me scratching my head). Unfair ECC reviews mid-year for "some" employees and not others. Small number of individuals in management have a 4-year degree and are not qualified to hold their position or the personality and leadership skills to do so.
