Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We care very deeply for our team members and strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, hotel/travel and wellness discounts plus many more! After doing extensive evaluation of our packages in comparison to other employers in the area as well as our industry, we find that our compensation and benefits are competitive. As we grow and expand, we are consistently finding ways to make the organization better while keeping in mind our core values. We would love to speak with you to learn more about your concerns. Business Outlook

Pros

Good benefits, the possibility of growth across the different departments/branches or internal promotion, and annual bonus,

Cons

The point system where any callout counts as one point and any lateness (be it a minute late or an hour) count as half a point thereby leading to a possibility of losing your job if you have 8 points in a year. No sick leave days (either you use your PTO if you have any or...).

Just a Number

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Set weekly schedule. Opportunity to make great money. Full benefits and 401K if full time.

Cons

Management does not care about individual employees (you are just a number to them). No sense of job stability because if they don’t like you, they will find a reason to terminate your employment. Use of fear tactics to motivate workers instead of constructive methods.
