Pros

Free lunch when the food is edible. Free stuff for employee appreciation but that seem to be fading away.

Cons

No work life balance, unpaid time waiting to catch Seminole's employee busses. No sick time only personal time. Under paid and over worked. Never the same schedule, and good luck on getting any training. Most of the time you get 20 different answers for one question, so you never know what's right.
