People in the CS team are great personalities.

Cons

Company is circling the drain. You have sales hiring like crazy but people in Success are being consistently laid off, eliminated or jumping ship because of burn out. I doubt this company will land a second round of investments and probably tank in 2023. Leadership is naive and self centered with a push for fake culture. Spending $100,000 on an off site called Camp Sendlane, but gotta eliminate positions too…seems like poor money management in my books. CEO is extremely self centered and acts like your friend till you give a notice - which don’t bother cause they will just term you the next day anyway…. Hopefully this encourages people to not apply!

Lots of new people to meet every so often

The company was award 20 million dollars a year ago. They hired a ton of new people, and less than a year later had to lay off 10% of their staff. In the last 9 months, the entire sales team has had a full turnover.
