- Solid base pay - unlimited sick days

Cons

- quota is over complicated and disputes are frequent, normally not ending in the reps favor - Unlimited PTO but 45-60 days notice recommended for approval - High turnover, reps being fired on ramp

While we do have a flexible PTO policy, we do ask for advance notice for extended time off (for example: two or more consecutive weeks) to best prepare our teammates for coverage while a team member is out. Pros

Everyone is treated like family, unlimited PTO, all-inclusive, ideas or issues are considered and you have direct access to the CEO who encourages plain, unfiltered communication. Salaries are commensurate and everyone is a part of success. Work/Life balance is not only encouraged, it's demanded.

Cons

Not for everyone. Must be a self-starter & hard worker (people rarely take advantage of the unlimited PTO so the company has to pay them to take time off). Must be a cultural fit and team player. Must be able to hit the ground running - steep ramp.

Pros

- Good internal culture on most teams, but still little to no communication between different departments - Unlimited PTO

Cons

The company is not on a good path, and seems like they have no good tactic, plan nor understanding on where the spending should go towards. Layoffs are common in the industry, but the complete lack of care or a 'thank you' for individuals who have dedicated way more than they should is a slap in the face and leaves a very sour taste and questions for the rest of the team. It appears that there is way more 'behind the scenes' drama happening, while the CEO preaches about transparency and completely authenticity. The only good thing is the team culture, which is slowly disappearing due to numerous layoffs and individuals leaving due to burnout and little hope for growth.
