Pros

Good pay, most co-workers are very professional.

Cons

Management won't question/challenge another manager, very fearful of "sticking their neck out". Results are inefficiency and "slow walking" as they are afraid of being on thin ice. Direction is communicated by dictate from the top down.

Company can be hesitant to change, culture is mostly good, but spotty depending where you work.
