I’m happy to know you’re enjoying your role, the people you work with, and the culture we’ve created at Sentry. We’re in the business of assessing risk, so we acknowledge our approach to the business and financial decisions we make can sometimes be conservative. And those decisions have helped us become a financially stable company. In regard to remote work, we intend to continue to use our offices and associate amenities moving forward; however, we’ve learned there’s a place for work-at-home that we aren’t going to abandon. We plan to share how we’ll introduce more flexibility into your work experience soon. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. Jim Frank – Chief Information Officer

We appreciate feedback from current associates so thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It’s great to know you enjoy the benefits and financial stability Sentry provides. Like many other roles, I understand the nonstandard insurance space can be challenging at times, from challenging conversations to claims workloads. If you’re experiencing challenges, including work/life balance, please talk with your manager or HR representative. Although claims have fluctuated recently due to shifting pandemic mandates and protocols, we’re actively working to stabilize our workloads and want to ensure you have the support you need. In regards to diversity, we recognize now more than ever that diversity is something we need to actively strive for. While we embrace and encourage diversity at Sentry, we’re identifying steps we can take to improve. Thank you for sharing a review. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer
