I appreciate your feedback about your experience in your current role. It’s great to know you’re enjoying your benefits; however, I’m concerned about your comments regarding your workload and the amount of support you’re receiving. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your manager or your HR representative. I want to make sure we understand areas of opportunity so we can help you and other associates. As claims professionals it’s our responsibility to ensure we’re balancing our obligations to our insured with the right compensation to the plaintiff to resolve their claim. If you have any concerns about achieving that balance, please bring them to your manager’s attention. Thank you for leaving a review. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer

Pros

Stable job, opportunity to make a difference

Cons

Some in the IT department are super smart and helpful. Some are sort of just getting by. Turnover is very low, so sometimes you sort of get stuck on a team with a low performer.

While it’s great to know you were happy with the benefits we provide our associates, I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced. I recognize claims workloads vary frequently, so we continually monitor staffing levels to ensure we have the support our customers need. It’s our goal to maintain reasonable workloads to allow our associates to have an appropriate work-life balance. We have a robust training program and offer a variety of position-specific and personal development learning through Sentry University. I’ll pass along your feedback about the disappointment you experienced with your training. Thank you for your review. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer
