Pros

Some good team members in the trenches, smart people, however, they're pushed aside by bad executives that make terrible decisions. Great location and building, golf course, restaurants, and cafeteria.

Cons

Antiquated 1970's thinking and management. Horrible new CEO that hugely unqualified. Fires people randomly that have good experience, yet keeps the quiet toadies.

QA team is sociable and friendly. Heavy emphasis on training and self-improvement. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Pay could be better. Despite Covid numbers increasing, management is deadset on everyone coming back to office in hybrid form. I've been working fully remote ever since starting here, and we've had no apparent issues with working remote, so why do this?
