I appreciate that you felt supported during your time with us. We do provide quite a bit of training up front to help all our claims associates be ready and equipped to work with our customers. I understand that there’s a lot to remember and it might not all sink in the first time. We’ll definitely take your comments into consideration as we continually evaluate our processes. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer

Pros

Reasonable salary and predictable work hours. Top-notch benefits and amenities.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are often limited and span a long time horizon. Good for people raising families, but not so much for the young and hungry.

We appreciate that you enjoyed your benefits and compensation while you worked at Sentry. I also want to thank you for mentioning associate retention. We completed an employee value proposition where we looked at what’s important to attracting talent to Sentry and retaining that talent in Stevens Point and our other offices around the country. We’ve been working to put more resources toward this effort, including creating Sentry University—our way to promote personal and professional development. Thank you again for sharing your feedback with us. Javier Sotelo – Director of Employment and Employee Relations
