Culture and support are important to us at Sentry, so I’m pleased to the things that stood out to you during your time here. We value helping associates with career development, too. That’s why we often hire internally, even when someone is moving from a different department. Many people at Sentry got their start in Claims and moved to different areas of the business, while others have continued to advance through the Claims job family. While we’re proud of how well associates have handled working from home during the pandemic, we value face-to-face collaboration and intend to return to the office. However, we don’t want to completely abandon the flexibility of remote work, which is why we’re adopting a hybrid model when we return.
