WORKLOAD - I would get 15 claims in a day. This is not possible to work. I was told to come in on the weekends. They do not pay OT.

As for your comments regarding workload, the Rapid Resolution role can be an active, but rewarding, position. The skills associates gain in the Rapid Resolution role serve as the foundation for promotional opportunities and a successful career in Automobile Claims Liability and Litigation. Since the Rapid Resolution role is viewed as an entry-level position in the Claims profession, it’s overtime-eligible, and overtime is paid for qualifying time worked.
