Pros

Good pay and time off

Cons

Poor project planning. Very little research and documentation prior to development. Lots of rework. Very little personal growth once you're pegged for a position. Plan to do the same thing for your entire career.

Pros

6% contribution in 401k from day 1.

Cons

Senior adjusters carry the highest claim count with same complexity as "Analysts", but are paid less. Supervisor gave preferential treatment to her favs. So much Cronyism it is nauseating. Claims system is years behind your competitors technology!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed our benefits package, including the 401(k) six percent dollar-for-dollar match. We’re sorry you experienced challenges in your role. It’s a complex balancing act, which is why management continually evaluates workloads to ensure we have the correct level of expertise handling claims files. At Sentry, our promotional opportunities are based on talent, knowledge, performance, and developmental motivation, and not solely on tenure. Thanks again for your comments and for your service to our policyholders during your time with Sentry.
