Sentry truly cares about their employees and management is always willing to listen and help you when needed. Benefits are pretty good and the 401k match is unheard of!

Cons

A large organization that can be slow to get approval at times. Pay could be slightly higher than it is.

"Good Ole Boy Management"

Cons

Management micromanages to the point adjuster were unable to get their daily work completed. You would think management is there to be positive and help their employees succeed, over the last few years they seemed to spend their days reviewing files, emails and messages for any actions that the employee could be written up and possibly terminated. There is a constant letting go of tenured experienced employees in lieu of replacements with no experience and a lower salary, this put a strain on all the employees by increased workloads. Management is a good ole boy network that if you do not fit their mold good luck! You'll feel the heat.
