Thank you for taking the time to share this review. You’ve provided many of the attributes of our employee experience at Sentry. And we’re always working to provide an even better experience in and out of the office. We recently enhanced our benefits programs, including improving our paid time off and adding a new paid parental leave program and tuition reimbursement. Again, thank you for your feedback. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I’m glad to see you took advantage of the resources we offer to help our account managers at Sentry. Every account manager receives training and a support staff to assist them. Pair that with our extensive coverage options and 24/7 service approach, and our account managers are well positioned to succeed. John Hyland – President of Direct Writer, Life & Annuities

Pros

The company has a lot of great internal resources to help keep you afloat while you work with customers upset at having to call their car insurance company.

Cons

There is no support from management or otherwise to keep morale up. Fast burn out.

Thank you for your review. Our Customer Service and Operations team is built on supporting one another and providing the training and resources to help our employees succeed. Every employee should have regular conversations with their manager to review their situation and get support where needed. This includes mapping out career paths to support future growth. We also ensure our associates get the time they need to enjoy a positive work/life balance. We offer a hybrid work model, where associates work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and provide generous paid time off. Elisha Williams – Chief Customer Services Ops Officer
