Pros

They promote based on merit, regardless of gender, race, or sexual orientation. Great work environment for claims with technicians that assist on our mundane tasks that other companies don’t provide. The best part is the pay! They are the highest paying employer in the region and they match 401k up to 8%. That is unheard of! They invest in you as long as you put in the work and stay positive.

Cons

Some may not like that this is a hybrid work schedule. Mondays and Friday’s are work from home and Tuesdays through Thursday are in the office. Working in claims takes good work ethic all the time along with good critical thinking skills. This job isn’t for you if you do mediocre work or expect things to just be handed to you.
