Pros

401k match and remote. That keeps people around

Cons

Too tiring to discuss. If you are “yes ma’am” person, this will be good for you. Otherwise, you are just a number. They don’t know how to invest in their people. All about metrics only. You do not matter.

Thank you for your review. In employee engagement surveys, we’ve found our employees enjoy our well-rounded benefits package and hybrid work model. We value our associates’ contributions, and we welcome their ideas and feedback. That’s why all employees have the opportunity to have regular conversations with their managers—and others in the organization—to discuss their situation. I encourage you to continue to discuss your individual goals with your leadership team. Jim Frank – Chief Claims and Information Technology Officer

Pros

I worked there for 3 months and didn't find any benefits. I guess they hired me the same day I interviewed...

Cons

I go into the office to sit by myself. There is absolutely no reason for me to be going in the office. I don't even think anyone in my department was at my location. How stupid is that? It's literally a waste of time, money/gas non licensed people shouldn't be changing coverage in any way. I'm not going to talk to people about coverages in any way unless I'm licensed.
