-Hybrid option to WFH every Monday and Friday - a game changer in work life balance. -Decent pay with bonus opportunities each year -Decent PTO (19 total days for me per year as of 2025) -Benefits are cheap for a single person -Meal incentive each day you work in office ($15 extra per week) -Amazing people across the company that are always helpful and kind -Relaxed office environment with relaxed dress code
