Pros

QA team is sociable and friendly. Heavy emphasis on training and self-improvement. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Pay could be better. Despite Covid numbers increasing, management is deadset on everyone coming back to office in hybrid form. I've been working fully remote ever since starting here, and we've had no apparent issues with working remote, so why do this?
