      Awesome coworkers, nothing else good comes to mind.

      Cons

      Too many meetings, managers had no clue what they were doing, our director was arrested for embezzling from another insurer, home office seemed to have no clue what happened at our office, we were asked to do things that were ethically and possibly legally wrong in settling claims.

      Flexible Schedule, Casual wear, Big Parking Lot.

      Cons

      The management doesn't care about your opinion, the sense of logic is nowhere to be found among leadership. The motto seems to be 'You do what we tell you to do, no matter how illogical it is or sounds'. The 90% of customers that call to the company don't really know or were given an clear explanation of what or how their insurance cover or works. Technologically is a stuck up company using software from the 80's, they don't have a sense of progress, and innovation is frown upon

      401k match at 6%. Vacation is reasonable. Hiring managers generally hire attractive women. Home office town is a great place to party.

      Cons

      Office politics. Useless HR. Lower level management might be qualified for McDonald's. Pet projects. Lists. Job aids. Office locations. Lack of decision making ability. Communication is awful.
