Thanks for taking the time to share a review. I’m pleased to hear you enjoy your team, the benefits, and our company culture. While we’re proud of how well associates have handled working from home during the pandemic, we value face-to-face collaboration and intend to return to the office. However, we don’t want to completely abandon the flexibility of remote work, which is why we’re adopting a hybrid model when we return. Lastly, I’d like to note that we aim to offer competitive salaries—our pay grades are based on multiple market research surveys specific to location and industry. If you have any questions about transitioning back to the office, the pay range for your position, or any other topics, please reach out to your manager or HR representative. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review for us. It’s great to know you enjoyed the team you worked with. I recognize claims volume can vary greatly, and that has been especially true over the past two years, as we manage changing pandemic protocols. We consistently monitor claims volume to ensure we have an appropriate workforce to handle them and we’re actively recruiting claims representatives to stabilize our workloads. I encourage any associate who feels their feedback isn’t being heard by their manager to reach out to their HR representative or next level leader. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer

I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. I’m happy to see the things you’re enjoying in your role. I understand workloads can be a challenge, and I appreciate our Claims teams’ hard work. Claims loads have been more of a challenge due to the volatile claim volumes as COVID-19 protocols across the country remain fluid. We’re actively recruiting additional claim representatives to help stabilize our workloads. I encourage you to share feedback with your manager about how we can help set you up for success.
