      This company has gone down hill I joined this company 4 years ago for what it stands for Now over the years it has gone down hill slowly there is no job security at all One of the most stressful jobs ever Their goals are not realistic at all and one of the highest goal setting in any company They punish you cause mbrs don’t like how Humana policy is not cause of the agents ourselves

      Good company, not so good benefits

      This company provides a variety of contracts you can work on, and not all positions keep you tied to a phone.

      Cons

      The benefits are very lacking, mainly because they hold several government contracts. Benefits for non-government jobs are better.
