Flexible hours Plenty of work

Cons

Benefits are terrible No room for advancement unless you "know" someone Pay is not based on area average and there are no yearly pay reviews. GROSSLY underpay staff. Many executives and upper management getting bonus and incentives while lower level cannot even give raises. Very toxic work environment. LOVE to use the "we are a family" speech, but take advantage of you. Some employees are held to very high standards, while others are not.

Didn’t give me the shift they said I would be working when they said I could move to the correct shift after 6 months they decided not to let me
